Cody and Chelsea got married on a beautiful day in November at Red Gate Farms in Savannah, Georgia. The excitement and anticipation from everyone around was palpable, as both the guys and girls were great groups, radiating positive energy and an overall great vibe.
Chelsea put a lot of thought into her wedding details, and everything was perfect. She was patient, and kind and enjoyed herself to the fullest on her big day. Cody was all smiles the whole day, and it was evident that everything was just as important to him as it was to Chelsea. He put a lot of thought into the details as well to ensure perfection, and his positive energy was contagious.
Chelsea's arrival at the ceremony site was a spectacle, as she came in on a horse-drawn carriage, resembling a scene from Cinderella. When Cody turned around to see her for the first time walking down the aisle, he was not the only one trying to hold back tears. Family, the wedding party, and even a few groomsmen got emotional. Cody had the sweetest smile because he was trying not to cry. It was breathtaking.
The venue’s décor was elegant with different shades of blue, gold, white, and greenery, and the pretty lights strung in the ceiling gave off a warm ambiance. It was simple and perfect. One thing that stood out was how Chelsea had her dad's photos displayed in part of the reception area. Cody also organized a first dance with Chelsea's grandfather, which made everyone cry. He is in a wheelchair, so Cody pushed the two of them around, and it was the sweetest thing. Cody and his mom did a fun dance that got everyone pumped for the evening.
My favorite part of the whole day was how these two had people travel from everywhere to see them finally tie the knot! I am so happy my sweet friends are now happily married. It was such an honor to capture their memories, and watching them be so happy brought so much joy to my heart for them!
