Alex and Abby got married Saturday, June 10th at the Kaminski House Museum in Georgetown, South Carolina. It was the most beautiful day with the sun shining, warm temperatures, and a little breeze. Everyone was having a blast getting ready, the bridesmaids were talking, laughing, and having a great time as they all prepared for the day. There was a lot of singing and excitement; they were so excited for their girl to get married. The groomsmen spent their time together hanging out and laughing eager for the party!
Three main details I noticed about the wedding couple was how sweet Abby was and how excited she was to marry her other “puzzle piece”! Alex and Abby say this about each other because they fit perfectly together. What I noticed about Alex was how many times he smiled all throughout the day. He was so happy and there were even tears during the sweet moments. They both exchanged sweet private notes to each other, it was so special. The bride did a first look with her father and brothers, each was so sweet and full of smiles at how beautiful she looked in her gown. Alex's reaction to seeing Abby come down the aisle was priceless! Such sweet emotions came from him as well as a few tears. It was such a beautiful moment!
The décor of the venue was absolutely beautiful adorned with white flowers, pops of lavender, and greenery. They also used hydrangeas and it made for a pretty touch. What stood out to me at the reception were the heartfelt speeches, that brought mostly laughs and only a few tears. They pulled out the party gear for the dancing with all the fun hats, glasses, and boas; it was a blast! My favorite part of the day was their love story and how they met! If it was not for Alex's allergies, these two may have never met! I love how Alex and Abby love each other; they show it so much their family/friends feel it too. The whole day was so sweet and it was wonderful to see such a kind couple celebrated.
Alex and Abby, thank you so much for allowing me to capture your memories! It was an honor and your MBL family wishes you a lifetime of love and happiness!
